+## HttpToSocks5Proxy Upgrade to .NET 8.0
+
+### Overview
+
+The `HttpToSocks5Proxy` project has been upgraded from .NET Standard 2.0 to .NET 8.0 to align with the SmartPool system requirements.
+
+### Changes Made

+#### 1. Project File Updates
+
